Little is known about SMEs’ perceptions of CSR, sustainability, and business ethics, particularly in the fashion industry. We have even less information on relationship between CSR actions employer branding. This important knowledge gap addressed this study. intend to focus how small medium-sized enterprises that are operating considered sustainable industry interpret concept corporate social responsibility (CSR), which elements appear relation employees, they contribute In course our qualitative research, we conducted semistructured, in-depth interviews with owners managers 10 European businesses, bearing sustainability mind.
